In celebration of the World Senior Citizens Day, Eternal Gardens Cabuyao has taken yet another significant step towards fulfilling its commitment to the community by extending a helping hand to Bahay ni Maria, a home for the aged in Calamba City, Laguna. The event unfolded on Saturday, August 19, 2023, as the delegation from Eternal Gardens Cabuyao, led by Assistant Branch Manager Novina Punsalan, paid a visit to the cherished residents of Bahay ni Maria. With the theme “Walang Hanggang Kalinga at Pagmamahal Para sa mga Nakatatatanda,” the team spent quality time with the elderly residents, participating in a delightful short program that included games, and song and dance performances, all of which brought smiles and laughter to the faces of the beneficiaries.
Understanding the significance of supporting the fundamental needs of the elderly, Eternal Gardens Cabuyao generously distributed groceries, essential hygiene items, and monetary donations to the residents of Bahay ni Maria, to assist the home in its mission of providing care and comfort to the elderly.
