Eternal Gardens Memorial Park is a pioneer and leader in the Philippine memorial industry, setting a high standard in the country through its quality memorial care products and services. The company owns and operates twelve (12) memorial parks located in key areas of Luzon and Mindanao.
It first opened its doors on August 11, 1976, at Baesa, Caloocan City, during a time when pre-need memorial preparation was not popular, and to a greater extent, not accepted. But through the strong vision and perseverance of its founder, Ambassador Antonio L. Cabangon Chua, Eternal Gardens not only weathered the storm but also emerged stronger, bringing the good news of “preparing ahead of need” to every Filipino.
In 1983, another branch was opened in Dagupan City, followed by branches in Biñan City, Laguna (1984), Balagtas, Batangas City (1986), Lipa City (1992), Naga City (2000), Cabanatuan City (2004), Santa Rosa City, Laguna (2008), Concepcion, Batangas City (2013), Cagayan de Oro City (2014), and Cabuyao City, Laguna (2018). In 2023, the company started development of its 12th branch located in Opol, Misamis Oriental. The company continues to develop first-class memorial parks in key provinces around the country.
Eternal Gardens also provides professional opportunities for its employees and business partners to maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and business ethics in all its dealings in the community. It supports the local government in its social and economic programs for the welfare of the Filipino people.
Eternal Gardens Memorial Parks are characterized by the religious images of saints and other holy men and women, which serve as a reminder that our dearly departed are now in their company. Each park pays homage to the patron or patroness of the city that hosts it by building a plaza that honors them.
Notable Filipino artists have been commissioned to make the statues of saints in each Eternal Gardens Memorial Park. The most prominent of these is the Transfiguration of Jesus Christ statue. A work of National Artist Napoleon Abueva, the image of Jesus Christ looking up to the heavens with outstretched arms changed the skyline of Baesa when it was installed, as the memorial park changed the lives of its residents. Soon, the Transfiguration of Jesus Christ has become the symbol of Eternal Gardens’ excellence and a prominent landmark at every place that hosts an Eternal Garden Memorial Park.
Now, after 47 years, Eternal Gardens continues to expand its operations in pursuit of its mission to serve every Filipino.
